Back on the BMX and bringing BMX to the big screen in the new VISA advert. We also see Shanaze riding on the Olympic Velodrome with the other track athletes.. Whilst Shanaze is in London she stops off to do a bit of shopping in Adidas then finally heads back North to launch her Olympic countdown - being a Sport presenter for ITV
We get to see Victoria Pendleton and Shanaze prepare and compete in Women's Team Sprint at The Manchester Track World Cup.
In Episode five we get to see Shanaze visit the Olympic park for Magnificent 7's Daily Mail photoshoot.
After visiting the Olympic park Shanaze travels back home to spend quality time with her family at Christmas. Finally Shanaze gets the all clear from the wrist surgeon and is allowed to go back onto a moving bike.
In Episode 4 we get to see Shanaze in the gym with her strength and conditioning coach Mark Simpson, followed by a power walk with her dog Alfie. Shanaze then meets Lord Seb Coe and introduces him to the BMX Centre. Finally Shanaze's family stay and she takes them shopping!
In Episode 3 we see Shanaze at her first Samsung photoshoot followed by a trip home to see her family for her 22nd birthday. After being home and being scared by a spider Shanaze travels to France with her team rider Dan Mcbride where she coaches him at the race and commentates for Freecaster.
Episode 2 features Shanaze and her family at a Safari in South Africa after Shanaze won the World Championships. Once Shanaze gets back to the UK she has a hectic schedule of press and media work. The main concern is the pain in Shanaze's wrist which was caused by the crash she had at the Manchester National seen in Episode 1. See what happens when Shanaze goes to see the wrist specialist.
